REFUND POLICY

1. Event Tickets

All Sales Are Final

• All event ticket purchases are non-refundable

• Tickets are purchased for a specific date, time, and location

Event Changes

Pitchlift reserves the right to:

• Modify event schedules, venues, or formats

• Substitute judges, speakers, or participants

Such changes do not qualify for a refund.

Event Cancellation

If Pitchlift cancels an event entirely, purchasers may be offered:

• A credit toward a future Pitchlift event or

• A refund at Pitchlift’s sole discretion

No additional compensation will be provided.

2. Contestant Submissions

• All contestant submission fees are non-refundable

• Submission does not guarantee selection, participation, or airtime

• Fees cover administrative review and production consideration

3. Digital Content & Streaming

​

Pay-Per-View / Digital Passes

• All digital event passes and pay-per-view purchases are non-refundable

• Access is granted immediately upon purchase

Subscriptions

• Subscriptions may be canceled at any time

• No refunds are issued for unused time or partial billing periods

4. Sponsorships & Special Packages

• Sponsorship fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement

• Any deliverables or benefits are governed by the applicable sponsorship contract

5. Technical Issues​

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Internet connectivity issues

• Device compatibility problems

• Platform outages beyond Pitchlift’s control

• User error or failure to access content

6. Chargebacks & Disputes​

Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may result in:

• Suspension of access

• Revocation of tickets or digital access

• Permanent account restriction
