5. Media Release & Content Rights (Important)
 

By attending any Pitch Lift event or submitting content, you agree that:

• You may be photographed, filmed, or recorded

• Your name, image, likeness, voice, and submitted materials may be captured

You grant Pitch Lift a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to:

• Use, reproduce, edit, and distribute this content

• Publish across all platforms (including website, social media, advertising, and video content)

• Use for marketing, promotional, and commercial purposes

You waive:

• Any right to compensation

• Any right to review or approve final content

If you do not wish to be recorded, you must notify us in writing before the event.
